Seeking Property solicitors for a leading Agricultural law practice

Agricultural Property Solicitor - Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire or Essex with hybrid working

Client
A specialist agricultural law practice within a firm which enjoys an excellent reputation

Role

• Working with agricultural law specialists to manage client matters with support, ensuring full compliance
• Sales and acquisitions of rural properties often including complex matters, offering the opportunity to be involved with challenging and rewarding work
• Agricultural banking matters acting on a dual and individual basis;
• Working closely with the Private Client Team and assisting landed estates with all manner of property related matters
• Play an active role in business development

You

• Circa 3-5 years PQE 
• Experience in the agriculture sector an advantage but property solicitors with a genuine interest in agriculture will be considered
• Excellent client care skills and the ability to develop longstanding relationships with key clients and internal teams
