We are working on behalf of professional finance advisory firm who support SMEs with achieving their strategic goals. The firm is led by Partners, supported by a close-knit team of professionals operating across offices in Solihull and Reading. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Graduate Office Executive to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a varied and hands-on role combining administrative, operational and client-facing responsibilities, and is ideally suited to a Graduate calibre Administrator who thrives in a small, high-performing professional services environment.
This is a full time office based position in Solihull town centre. Working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, with adhoc evenings required to support with events.
Role and Responsibilities:
· As an Office Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the offices and providing high-quality support to partners and clients
· Act as first point of contact, meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
· Manage client wellbeing by serving refreshments including teas, coffees and catering
· Coordinate meeting room usage and ensure rooms are prepared for client meetings with relevant documentation prepared in advance
· Provide general operational and administrative support to the business
· Assist with the organisation and coordination of internal and external events including seminars, awards ceremonies and team events
· Represent the firm externally at networking events and client dinners from time to time
· Provide PA duties to the MD by closely managing diaries, including scheduling client meetings, site visits and calls
· Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
· Assist with client onboarding processes, including anti-money laundering compliance checks
· Maintain and update the CRM system ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact records
· Provide general operational and administrative support to the business
Skills and Experience Required:
· Desirable to have experience working for one of the “Big 4”
· Proven demonstrable experience working as an Office Executive, Administrator or PA is essential
· Degree educated or equivalent
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
· Professional and personable manner with confidence dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
