Room Leader
Bow | Permanent, full-time| £28,000 per annum
Recruitment Professionals is seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join a
well-established nursery in Bow London. This is an excellent opportunity for an
experienced early years educator to take on a leadership role and
contribute to a high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team within the nursery room, ensuring a
stimulating and nurturing environment.
Plan and deliver engaging activities following the EYFS framework.
Support children's learning and development through play-based
experiences.
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to ensure each
child’s needs are met.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-standard learning space in line
with Ofsted regulations.
Guide and mentor nursery practitioners to uphold best practices in
early years education.
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
Previous experience in a Room Leader or senior nursery practitioner
role.
Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS
curriculum.
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Passionate about providing high-quality early years education.
