Experienced Probate Fee Earner

Recruitment Professionals are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm for an experienced Probate Fee Earner to join their Faversham office.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced legal professional with a strong background in probate and private client work. The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, with a particular emphasis on probate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of probate and private client matters.
• Handling probate applications and estate administration.
• Providing high-quality advice and support to clients.
• Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and other relevant parties.
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with regulatory and professional standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Probate Fee Earner.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of probate and estate administration.
• Experience within private client law.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Working Pattern
Full-time
Office-based
Location: Faversham, Kent
Salary
£35,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
