Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for babies.
- Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare procedures are followed at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain outstanding standards of care.
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
- Previous experience working in a baby room or nursery setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
- Right to work in the UK.
