Deputy Nursery Manager
Northwood | Permanent, full-time| £30,000 per annum
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Northwood, Middlesex, seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who is committed to delivering outstanding early years education and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy nursery setting.
The Role:
• Support the Nursery Manager with the daily operation and management of the nursery.
• Maintain high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding.
• Lead by example and support the growth and development of the staff team.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous experience working in a day nursery setting is essential.
• Experience as a Senior Practitioner, Room Leader, or Deputy Nursery Manager is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Ability to motivate and support staff while remaining hands-on and room-based when required.
