Baby Room Practitioner
Kingston upon Thames | Permanent, full-time| £27,000 - £31,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Recruitment Professionals is currently recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic Baby Room Practitioner to join a friendly and nurturing nursery team in the KT1 area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for babies aged 0–2 years.
- Support children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Ensure safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Skills needed Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred).
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
