We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery team. Our nursery is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development and learning of our children, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing updates with parents and colleagues.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children, ensuring their well-being and safeguarding at all times.
- Work collaboratively with a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education, fostering positive relationships with children and families.
- Support the nursery manager in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and nursery policies.

Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and parents.
- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.

Nice to Have:
- First Aid qualification.
- Experience with special educational needs (SEN) or additional support needs.
- Knowledge of current early years initiatives and best practices.
