Conveyancing Assistant

Key Duties:
Liaise with clients, banks, estate agents, and solicitors
Open client files and manage case system
Handle SDLT forms, registrations, and post-completion duties
Prepare contracts, quotes, completion documents, and invoices
Draft mortgage reports and review searches

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
Strong communication & organisation skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
IT literate and proactive
