Commission-Only Recruitment Resourcer

Are you a motivated individual with experience in sourcing candidates and
supporting recruitment processes? We're looking for Recruitment
Resourcers to join Recruitment Professionals on a commission-only basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, and social media
- Pre-screening CVs and conducting initial phone interviews
- Matching candidates to roles across various sectors
- Supporting consultants with candidate pipelines and client requirements
- Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system
