Deputy Nursery Manager – North London

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting a Deputy Nursery Manager for a
busy, high-quality nursery in North London. This role supports the Nursery
Manager in leading a team and ensuring the smooth running of the setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the nursery
Support and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of childcare and
education
Implement the EYFS framework and maintain required documentation
Oversee safeguarding and health & safety protocols
Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies
Step up in the absence of the Nursery Manager

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in a Room Leader or Deputy Manager role
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
Sound understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted
requirements
Strong communication and team leadership abilities
Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding training (desirable)
