Nursery Regional Manager

Recruitment Professionals is seeking a Nursery Regional Manager to
oversee the performance and development of multiple nursery settings in
North London. This is a senior leadership role focused on improving
standards, supporting Nursery Managers, and ensuring operational
compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership across multiple early years settings
Support and coach Nursery Managers and senior staff
Ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, and health &
safety regulations
Drive quality improvement and performance outcomes
Lead recruitment, staff development, and retention efforts
Monitor and manage budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy targets
Develop strong relationships with parents, local authorities, and
external agencies

Experience Required:
Minimum 3–5 years of multi-site nursery or early years management
Proven leadership and operational management experience
Deep knowledge of early years standards, legislation, and frameworks
Level 3 childcare qualification (minimum); Level 5+ preferred
Track record of improving quality and compliance across settings
