Nursery Regional Manager
Tottenham | Contract, full-time| £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
Recruitment Professionals is seeking a Nursery Regional Manager to
oversee the performance and development of multiple nursery settings in
North London. This is a senior leadership role focused on improving
standards, supporting Nursery Managers, and ensuring operational
compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership across multiple early years settings
Support and coach Nursery Managers and senior staff
Ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, and health &
safety regulations
Drive quality improvement and performance outcomes
Lead recruitment, staff development, and retention efforts
Monitor and manage budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy targets
Develop strong relationships with parents, local authorities, and
external agencies
Experience Required:
Minimum 3–5 years of multi-site nursery or early years management
Proven leadership and operational management experience
Deep knowledge of early years standards, legislation, and frameworks
Level 3 childcare qualification (minimum); Level 5+ preferred
Track record of improving quality and compliance across settings
