Employment Solicitor – Senior Position (5+ PQE)

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a leading boutique
law firm based in Canary Wharf, London. The firm is highly regarded in the
legal industry, ranked in both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 for
its expertise in employment law.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced
Employment Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join a dynamic and growing
team.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment
matters.
Advising on issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination,
whistleblowing, and employment contracts.
Supporting other team members with complex legal issues.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Contributing to the firm’s ongoing business development and
marketing activities.

Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law.
Strong academic background and a passion for employment law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a close-knit team.
Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach.
