Conveyancer (Property Solicitor or CILEX)

client for an experienced Conveyancer to join their established legal
team.

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled Conveyancer (Property Solicitor or CILEX)
with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in
residential property matters. While strong residential experience is
essential, candidates with commercial property exposure will be viewed
favorably
.
This full-time role is primarily based at the client’s office in Reading.
However, hybrid or fully remote working options will be considered for the
right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from
instruction through to completion
Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other legal
professionals
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation
Carry out title checks, searches, and all necessary due diligence
Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards
Support with commercial property transactions, if applicable

Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer
Minimum of 4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
Demonstrable ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Excellent communication and client care skills
Commercial property experience is desirable but not essential
Proficiency with legal case management systems

What’s on Offer:
Competitive salary: £43,000 – £48,000
