Lee-on-the-Solent to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing
Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join
a well-established legal practice with a strong reputation in the local
property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the residential conveyancing process from
instruction through to completion.
Prepare and review legal documents including contracts, transfer
deeds, and mortgage documentation.
Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities and other
relevant bodies.
Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage
lenders, and other solicitors.
Ensure strict compliance with relevant legal and regulatory
requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all transactions.
Provide clear and professional legal advice to clients on property
matters.
Efficiently manage your caseload using legal case management
systems.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in
residential conveyancing.
Strong knowledge of both leasehold and freehold transactions.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the
ability to manage multiple cases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience using case management systems and digital legal tools.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to
changing workloads.
