Recruitment Consultant – Construction

Recruitment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a leading construction
recruitment firm based in Central London. We are seeking an experienced
Recruitment Consultant with 2–4 years’ experience in the construction
sector – ideally with a focus on Civil & Structural Design Engineering.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within the construction sector
Source and place candidates in civil and structural design roles
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Work from the Central London office, with remote work on
Wednesdays

Requirements:
2–4 years of recruitment experience in construction (ideally
civil/structural design)
Proven billing record
Confident in business development and client management
Driven, professional, and goal-oriented

Salary & Commission:

Base salary from: £30,000 per year
Commission (Standard):
£0–10k: 10%
£10–20k: 15%
£20k+: 20%

Commission (Senior):
£0–10k: 10%
£10–20k: 20%
£20k+: 30%
