Residential Solicitor – Altrincham

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm
in Altrincham for a Residential Solicitor. The firm is seeking a qualified
Solicitor with at least five years’ experience handling both residential
and commercial conveyancing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor who is looking to build their
career with a supportive and reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Handling commercial conveyancing transactions (desirable, but not
essential)
Advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing property
Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Overseeing property transactions from start to finish
Providing high-level legal support to clients

Requirements:
At least five years’ experience in residential conveyancing and
commercial conveyancing
Strong communication and client management skills
Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
Knowledge of current property law and regulations

The role offers a competitive salary of around £40,000 (dependent on
experience) and is based in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
