Solicitor with at least five years’ experience handling both residential
and commercial conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of both residential and commercial
conveyancing matters
Advising clients on all aspects of residential and commercial property
law
Drafting and negotiating contracts

Requirements:
At least five years’ experience in residential and commercial
conveyancing
Strong communication and client management skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
