Beaminster or Bridport in recruiting a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with experience in
residential conveyancing, and experience in commercial conveyancing
is a bonus. The firm offers flexibility, with options for full-time or part-time

Key Responsibilities:
Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Advising clients on the buying and selling process
Drafting contracts, conducting searches, and overseeing completions
Commercial conveyancing experience (optional)
Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of service

Requirements:
Experience in residential conveyancing (commercial experience a
plus)
Strong communication and client-care skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Full-time or part-time options available
