Room Leader

Recruitment Professionals is currently working with a well-regarded
nursery in White Hart Lane to recruit an experienced Room Leader. This
is a great opportunity for an early years professional with strong leadership
skills to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading the day-to-day operations of your assigned room
Supporting and mentoring a team of practitioners
Delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS
Maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children
Building positive relationships with parents, careers, and the wider
team

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare
Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
