Room Leader

Recruitment Professionals is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-
regarded nursery based in Tottenham Hale for the position of Room Leader.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional
with strong leadership skills, looking to progress in a supportive and
engaging nursery setting.

The Role:
As a Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners within your designated
room
- Create a stimulating and nurturing environment that supports children’s
development
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
framework
- Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and education
- Build strong relationships with parents, children, and the wider team
- Monitor, mentor, and support team members to ensure best practice is
maintained

Requirements:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
- Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a supervisory or room
leader role
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their
early development
