Room Leader

Recruitment Professionals is currently working with a well-established
nursery in South Tottenham to recruit an experienced Room Leader. This
is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a
passion for early years education to join a supportive and vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading and supporting a team of nursery practitioners in your
designated room
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for
children
Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities in line with the
EYFS
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety policies

Candidate Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting
Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
Strong communication, organisational, and team management skills
A genuine passion for working with children
