Room Leader – Toddler Room

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established
nursery in Harlesden for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to
oversee the Toddler Room.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 qualified childcare professional
looking to step into a leadership role or an experienced Room Leader
seeking a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading the Toddler Room team to deliver high-quality care and
learning
Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities in line with
EYFS
Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Monitoring children’s development and maintaining records
Building strong relationships with parents and team members

Candidate Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher)
Experience working in a nursery environment, particularly with
toddlers
Previous leadership or supervisory experience desirable
Solid knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
Strong communication and team leadership skills

What’s on Offer:
Competitive salary of £28,000 – £34,000 (DOE)
Full-time hours, typically 9am – 6pm
