Room Leader – Baby Room

Recruitment Professionals is working with a well-regarded nursery in
Harlesden to recruit a passionate and experienced Room Leader for their
Baby Room.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified practitioner ready to
take the next step in their early years career or for an experienced Room
Leader looking for a new challenge in a nurturing and professional
environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading the Baby Room team to deliver outstanding care and
education
Ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and well-being
Supporting the implementation of the EYFS framework
Creating a calm and stimulating environment for babies
Developing positive partnerships with parents and colleagues

Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)
Experience working in a nursery, ideally with babies
Previous room leader or team lead experience preferred
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS
Excellent communication and leadership skills
