Recruitment Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an
experienced recruiter with a strong billing history and a passion for
mentoring and team leadership.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in driving
business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting
junior team members. You’ll work within a high-performing team that values
flexibility, collaboration, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and developing client accounts within the education sector
Driving new business through proactive outreach and networking
Mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants
Placing teaching and support staff into schools across the region
Meeting and exceeding personal and team billing targets
Candidate Requirements:
Significant experience in education recruitment
Proven track record of strong and consistent billings
Leadership or mentoring experience within a recruitment setting
Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for client visits)
Driven, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service
