recruitment agency in Manchester in their search for a Senior
Recruitment Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an
experienced recruiter with a strong billing history and a passion for
mentoring and team leadership.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in driving
business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting
junior team members. You’ll work within a high-performing team that values
flexibility, collaboration, and results.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing and developing client accounts within the education sector
Driving new business through proactive outreach and networking
Mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants
Placing teaching and support staff into schools across the region
Meeting and exceeding personal and team billing targets

Candidate Requirements:
Significant experience in education recruitment
Proven track record of strong and consistent billings
Leadership or mentoring experience within a recruitment setting
Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for client visits)
Driven, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service
