Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector

Recruitment Professionals is currently supporting a leading education
recruitment agency in Manchester to hire an experienced Recruitment
Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven
track record in education recruitment who thrives in a dynamic, people-
focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing and developing client relationships within the education
sector
Placing teachers and support staff into schools across the region
Driving business development through client visits and networking
Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
Meeting and exceeding billing targets

Requirements:
Previous experience in education recruitment
Demonstrable billing success
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Valid UK driving licence and access to a car for client visits
Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
