Huntingdon seeking enthusiastic and ambitious Paralegals and Trainee
Solicitors to join their growing legal team. This is a great opportunity to

The Role
You will support solicitors across various departments, assisting with legal
research, case management, client care, and document preparation. Under
close supervision, you will be involved in the full legal process while
developing your skills and gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist solicitors with administrative and legal tasks across a variety of
cases.
Prepare draft legal documents, correspondence, and client care
materials.
Manage file opening, updating, and closing processes.
Deal with relevant third-party organisations such as HMCTS, HMRC,
and the Land Registry.
Conduct legal research and summarise findings for review.
Join client meetings, taking accurate and professional notes.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including client
enquiries.
Support wider administrative functions: scanning, photocopying,
collating legal bundles.
Maintain up-to-date and well-organised client files.
Assist in managing accounts paperwork and understanding client
ledgers.
Requirements:
Minimum 2:1 qualifying law degree, or any degree with GDL.
LPC or SQE completed (for those applying for a training contract).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude.
A team player with a genuine interest in legal practice.
Ability to take initiative and a willingness to learn.
