Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Recruitment Professionals is pleased to be recruiting for a dedicated and
experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on behalf of a well-regarded
nursery setting in South Tottenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional to
join a supportive team and make a real difference in children's early
development. The ideal candidate will bring a nurturing approach, strong
communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality
care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
framework
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage
development
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and
colleagues
Maintain accurate records and observations of children’s progress
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at
all times

Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A warm, caring, and enthusiastic nature
DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)

Salary:
£26,000 – £29,000 for most applicants
Up to £30,000 considered for highly experienced candidates
