Room Leader – Baby Room (Level 3 or Higher)

Recruitment Professionals is proud to partner with a well-established
nursery in Dulwich, London, seeking a dedicated Room Leader for the
Baby Room. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per
week over four days on a 7:15 AM - 6:15 PM shift pattern.

Key Requirements:
Level 3 Qualification in Childcare (or higher)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursery setting
Experience leading a team within an early years environment
Passionate about providing exceptional care and learning for babies
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
