Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a SME located in Coleshill, hiring a Internal Sales/Account Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will provide support to all three divisions within the group. The MD values his team and celebrates their commitment with two annual away days with full expenses paid. Reward
  • OTE £32,000
  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm / 9am – 5pm
  • 30 mins lunch break

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Typing and preparing quotations
  • Reaching out to previous customers to inquire if they have any additional requirements
  • Making outbound calls to follow quotations and warm leads
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Accurately and efficiently inputting data
  • Organising and maintaining files
  • Utilising in-house online systems
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Taking deliveries
  • Signing off purchase orders

Skills and experience
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and in a team
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
