Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established client, based in Shenstone who is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Our client is seeking a French-speaking candidate with a friendly telephone manner and excellent rapport-building skills. If you are empathetic, remain calm and composed under pressure, and are highly motivated with a positive attitude, this role is ideal for you.

Job Role
  • Handling leads, being the first point of contact with potential customers
  • Booking interviews and preparing interview materials
  • Answering incoming calls and emails from French franchisees and export customers
  • Handling all orders through the French order portal, liaising with their hauliers and completing all associated documentation
  • Completing invoicing, credit notes, requisitions and month-end procedures
  • Handle queries and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Record all customer queries on the CRM system
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of company products and procedures
  • Assisting with French travel arrangements and translation support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers using a variety of social media communication channels and specialist forums
  • Build market-specific and product-launch campaign assets
  • Sustain the information on the website pages
  • Creating news articles sharing franchisee’s success stories on social media channels

Skills and experience
  • French language – Degree level as a minimum
  • Experience in a French and English-speaking role
  • Experience in administration
  • IT literate
