Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established client, based in Shenstone who is looking for a French Speaking Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month FTC permanent basis.

Job Role
  • Working with hiring managers to ensure role descriptions and person specifications are current and accurately reflect role requirements
  • Responsible for benchmarking against salaries and benefits packages
  • Attracting new candidates through campaigns
  • Using an applicant tracking system to progress candidates through the screening stages ensuring all applicant outcomes are recorded.
  • Conducting candidate assessments that are appropriate to each vacancy
  • Writing appropriate competency-based interview and assessment method for each vacancy
  • With hiring managers, decide on the best match candidate for each post
  • Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Arranging pre-employment checks taking relevant action with any discrepancies
  • Ensuring an offer letter, contract and other appropriate documentation is sent to the successful candidate
  • Ensuring new members of staff are welcomed and their transition from candidate to employee is smooth

Skills and experience
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience leading projects
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Confident and can collaborate with people at all levels
