- Working closely with other Technicians, Operators, Team Leaders and Managers
- Working safely and always promotes safe working practices and in compliance with national and company standards
- Maintaining plant and equipment such as reaction/mixing vessels, decant stations and pumping systems
- Conducting safety and condition checks on plant and equipment across the site
- Ensuring that reactive and preventive maintenance work lists are completed on time
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with all company procedures including maintenance procedures, permits, risk assessments and method statements
- Help create and develop standard maintenance operating procedures
- Conducting relevant risk assessments in conjunction with the compliance team
- Providing effective administration and work within the Company Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Systems
- Supporting other members of the Engineering Team with the feasibility, specification, procurement and installation of new plant and equipment
- Relevant qualifications in maintenance, such as a national diploma, apprentice, or NVQ
- Min. 5 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, including P&IDs
- Competent IT skills
- Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulation 2002 awareness
- Pipework and Instrumentation Diagram Awareness
