- Support the design department in creating specification documentation and materials
- Managing OEM and sourcing projects
- Designing and producing product literature
- Creating exploded drawings and BOMs using SolidWorks
- Conducting research to support new product concepts
- Preparing for and participating in design reviews
- Ensuring products are tested and meet market demands and compliance requirements
- Coordinating with test houses and laboratories to ensure product compliance with standards
- Communicate with all teams in the technical/quality department to ensure timely project completion
- Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines
- Ability to communicate through concept artwork and 3D CAD
- Fully familiar with Microsoft Office packages
- Intermediate knowledge in adobe software (photoshop, in design and illustrator)
- Experience and understanding of being in a manufacturing environment
