Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established global, organisation based in Birmingham. Who are recruiting an Onboarding Executive Administrator on a full-time, temporary basis, this is a 12 month temporary contract.

Reward
  • Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week 9am -5pm
  • £20.00 p/h over time paid at time and half £30.00 p/h after 40 hours

Duties & Responsibilities
  • On-boarding and off-boarding of employees and contingent workers
  • Raising RM and CW requests
  • Initiating transfers and follow-ups
  • Maintaining the RMS Tree
  • Cyborg management
  • Supporting hiring efforts regarding FTE/CW onboarding needs
  • Monitoring program/project hygiene
  • Artemis time booking validation
  • BCP quarterly certification oversight
Skills and experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder/relationship management
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Results-oriented and pro-active
