Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Credit Controller on a full-time permanent basis

Job Role:
- Ensuring that debts are paid in a timely manner and handling the ledger
- Chasing overdue payments by telephone and email within the agreed timescales
- Maintaining accurate records of all chasing activity
- Liaising with stakeholders to resolve debtor queries
- General office duties and any other duties as designated by the finance manager not readily identifiable on a daily basis
Skills and experience:
- Sound understating of Credit Control
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Excel and Outlook
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
