Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as an Administrator on a full-time permanent basis

Job Role:
  • Managing the team inbox and dealing with telephone queries 
  • Booking in appointments for senior team members
  • Collecting various information on behalf of management in order to support day to day operations  
  • Entering a wide variety of data onto the system 

Skills and experience:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Keen eye for accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
