Reward

Job Role:
- Producing monthly P&L and balance sheets
- Generating weekly reports to support informed business decisions and provide relevant analysis and insights
- Assisting with preparation of annual budget working closely with budget holders
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- Forecasting of weekly cash flow
- Overseeing ledgers and financial processes
- Posting all purchase invoices and production of payment run files
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Adapting financial processes to meet the demands of a growing business
- Supporting the expansion of the business by managing financial systems effectively
Skills and experience:
- Degree in finance accounting, or CFA, ACCA or similar – desired not essential
- Strong organisational and self-management skills
- Previous Finance management experience
