Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Warehouse Administrator on a full-time temporary basis.

Reward
  • 8:00am – 16.00pm, Monday to Friday
  • £13.79 (37.50 hours paid – 30 min unpaid lunch)

Job Role:
  • Following all administration work instructions
  • Creating and managing of documentation including, Stock transfer orders, warehouse picking notes, goods receipt documents and inventory check lists
  • Ensuring that all pallets, single packages, and pallet boxes are labelled in accordance with the customer specifications and the appropriate transport regulations
  • Ensuring that all transfer orders are completed according to the requested time and production plan
  • Monitoring, controlling, and recording information on paper, electronic systems and handheld devices
  • Maintaining excellent standard of housekeeping in your work area
  • Communicating any issues/concerns in a timely manner to the appropriate person / department

 

Skills and experience:
  • Must have good basic Mathematics and English comprehension
  • Interpret and follow process and safety instructions precisely
  • Experience in SAP preferred
  • Work in accordance with code of conduct and core values
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines to meet customer expectations
  • Committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself, co-workers, environment
  • Be dependable, take personal ownership of all aspects of the job role
