Reward
- Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am and 7pm on a rotating shift pattern – 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm
- Weekends 8am-5pm (1-2 weekends every month) based on a 5 day week
- OTE of up to £29,000 (uncapped)

Job Role:
- Delivering excellent customer service via Inbound call handling
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Ensuring accurate details of calls made and received are recorded on the internal systems
- Keeping your knowledge of systems/processes up to date
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience within similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle and overcome objections
- Excellent telephone and communication manner
- Experience working towards key performance indicators (KPI)s
- The ability to build a strong rapport to gain your customers' trust
- The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
- A high degree of self-motivation
