Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Hammersmith. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as an Invoicing Administrator on initially a temporary basis for 2 Months offering hybrid working

Reward
  • Holiday pay accrued
  • Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm – 37.5 hours a week

Job Role:
  • Responding to all credit card chargeback notifications within providers specified deadlines and post the respective items to SAP
  • Ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time each Month
  • Identifying the aging of balances and resolving them within 90 days
  • Reporting on discrepancies and aging profiles following month end
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations during the week following month end
  • Reviewing and amending all failed transactions promptly and accurately
 

Skills and experience:
  • Previous experience within a finance role
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skill
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
