Job Role:
- Setting up and maintaining of document / drawing registers
- Quality checking documents before issue
- Issuing of drawings and technical submittals, tracking of comments, resolving issues
- Ensuring document management system is up to date
- Planning, implementing all project support activities from design stage to close-out
- Coordinating of pre-start activities including producing RAMS
- Approving of subcontractor RAMS, site accommodation, site IT, labour inductions, procurement & plant hire
- Supporting contracts manager in creation of technical submittals
- Coordinating of subcontractors and tracking project variations
- Supporting for health and safety of project including coordination of site h&s audits & actions
- Coordinating site forms including plant inspections, inductions, toolbox talk registers
- Setting up and maintain site quality assurance library
- Issuing payment notices to subcontractors
- Creating of O&M manuals
- Gathering data from suppliers and subcontractors to calculate project carbon emissions
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A previous background in the construction industry
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Advanced skills MS Excel
- Determination, persistence and attention to detail
- Team skills and analytical skills
- Like to work under pressure and multi-task
