THE OPPORTUNITY

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an established dealership in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technician looking to join a busy workshop team, with a competitive basic salary, excellent earning potential through performance-related bonus and manufacturer training.

THE PACKAGE

• £32,000–£36,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• Average total earnings of £55,000–£60,000, with potential to earn more through performance-related bonus.
• Earnings dependent on individual performance and bonus achievement; figures are not guaranteed.
• Manufacturer training and ongoing development.
• Permanent position.

THE ROLE

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
• Work collaboratively within an established workshop team.
• Take advantage of manufacturer training and development opportunities.
• Participate in a Saturday rota.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
• Good technical and diagnostic skills.
• A proactive approach and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A willingness to develop technical skills through manufacturer training.
