Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller to join our client, a well-established and reputable dealership in the Abingdon area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a combined front-of-house and workshop coordination role.
The Role:
As the Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring an efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day workshop operations and technician workload.
• Greet customers, manage bookings, and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Prepare estimates and job cards, authorising and invoicing work accurately.
• Liaise between the service, parts, and sales teams to maintain smooth communication.
• Support service team members and ensure workshop efficiency targets are achieved.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Experience as a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller within the motor trade.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Technical understanding and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident using DMS systems such as Kerridge, Pinnacle, or CDK.
• A proactive, customer-first attitude.
