Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking a Service Manager on behalf of their client to lead the aftersales team at a respected dealership located in the Isle of Man.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Manager looking to relocate to a scenic and community-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate the service team to meet performance and customer satisfaction targets
Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and quality
Monitor workshop output, labour sales, and departmental profitability
Handle staffing, training, and development of service personnel
Collaborate with the sales and parts departments to ensure smooth coordination
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Manager in a main dealership or busy service environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Good commercial awareness and understanding of aftersales KPIs
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK
