- Strategic Opportunity Identification: Innovate and pinpoint high-value business opportunities within the US interpreting market, targeting key sectors such as healthcare, government etc.
- Revenue Maximisation: Convert strategic opportunities into sustainable revenue streams, ensuring alignment with annual revenue goals and contract values.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring continuous progress and driving initiatives to exceed sales targets.
- Triumphant Achievements: Achieve and surpass revenue and profitability targets, setting new benchmarks in sales performance.
- Capture Plan Development: Develop and maintain effective capture plans, ensuring alignment with sales targets and strategic goals.
- Proposal Excellence: Collaborate with the team to craft and submit compelling proposals, ensuring our responses to RFPs/Tenders meet the highest standards for competitive success.
- Client Relationship Mastery: Navigate client procurement processes, building strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and providing impactful solutions for
- interpreting challenges.
- Business Landscape Insight: Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities,
- and the evolving business landscape, leveraging this insight to make informed

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development, particularly within the US market, and experience in relevant sectors.
- Public Sector Procurement: In-depth understanding of US public sector procurement processes, including how to navigate government contracts and secure public sector business.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Strong networking skills with a proven ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals and revenue targets.
- Language Services Experience: Experience within the language services industry is a plus but not required.
