My client, a successful business in Portishead, have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

This role will be working closely with the business development Coordinator Scheduling and team, main duties to involve communicating with clients to obtain information and resolving any issues.

Key Duties:

·         Logging enquires

·         Calling client’s for the latest information

·         Ensuring the information is saved correctly under the database folders and amend accordingly

·         Sending and following up of sales orders

·         Preparation of proposals and uploading of sales orders to the system

·         Resolving of issues raised upon review of the order

Key Requirements:

·         High organizational skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

·         Excellent communication skills within an sales admin background

·         Good knowledge of Microsoft office, excel and word

In return my client are offering a salary of £19.000- £22,000 depending on experience, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm with an hour for lunch and free onsite parking.
