HR Administrator

My client, an established Engineering related business, based in North Bristol, is currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Duties:

·         Provide accurate advice to employees and managers

·         Support the HR Partners with complex cases or note taking as required

·         Processing incoming emails and letters

·         Updating and enter data onto the computer system

·         Taking ownership and maintaining employee’s data ensuring all information is recorded correctly

·         Support HR projects on an on-going basis

·         Setting up appointments and arranging meetings

·         Preparing new employee documents including organizing inductions, processing new starter documents and obtaining references

·         Being the first point of contact of all new starters

·         Maintaining records, grievances, performance, appraisals, absences and holidays

·         Supporting the group HR Manager as required

·         Ad hoc admin duties when requested

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has or is studying for their CIPD and has administration experience within the HR function, excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and able to priorities their own work load in a confidential and professional environment.

In return my client is offering a Salary of £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and onsite parking.
