Our client, a reputable business with offices based in Taunton, are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their accounts team.

The main objective of this role is to support the Purchase Ledger team, to ensure all processing targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

·     Processing supplier invoices through validation or rejection
·     Liaise with suppliers over missing documentation, statements and other dispute queries
·     Liaising with other departments regarding queries, disputed invoices and finalising of supplier accounts on termination of contracts
·     Uploading invoice data onto bespoke software
·     Processing supplier invoices onto Access Accounts system.
·     Generate and process supplier payment runs
·     Other duties in addition to key tasks which are within your skills and capability.
