My Client, a leading supplier based in Yatton, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for customers, meeting customers’ needs and processing orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Duties:

Dealing with all enquiries via the telephone and emails in a timely manor

Proactively solve problems

Checking and completing daily reports

Logging and investigating customer complaints

Raising credit notes

Assisting and advising customers with their orders

Updating the in house system accurately

 

The ideal candidate would be a confident individual who has experience of working in a fast paced environment and enjoys the challenge of a demanding role.

In return my client is offering a salary of £18,000 depending on experience, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm including one 8am start on a Wednesday and earlier finish on a Friday, 28days holiday, on site parking and company pension.
